PTFE Coated Fiberglass Anti-Static Tape

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Anti-Static Tape is a fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion and coated with high-temperature, pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive. 
   

The PTFE Coated Fiberglass Anti-static Tapes are static eliminator. They are designed to dissipate energy build-up in application. Not truly conductive (adhesive is not conductive grade), surface coating containing conductive fillers draws off static created by films during heat sealing operations.
   

Anti-Static Tape is also frequently used by the packaging industry as a release surface on heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill-seal equipment. 

The durability and anti-stick properties also make it an ideal material for the lining of guide rails, chutes and slides.  The high temperature capabilities and non-stick properties allow it to perform as an excellent release surface in the composite aircraft industry.

Main characteristics

1.The using temperature is between -60 °C -260 °C, weather-resistant & anti-aging.

2. Non-Adhesive: The surface is smooth, not easy for adhesion.  Easy to clean the surface oil, stain, or other attachments.

3. Resistant strong acid, alkali and various kinds of organic solvent and chemical etching.

4. Non-toxic, drug resistance. Almost resistant to all pharmaceutical items.

5. Good insulation, prevent ultraviolet, anti-static.

6. Fire retardant.

7. Resistant to tearing, puncturing and abrasion.

8. Easy to use, long service life.
